The buffet at Desert Diamond Sahuarita was very poor. We were there for a show in the Diamond Center and the Agave restaurant could not guarantee that we would be served in an hour and twenty minutes, they were only about 1/.3 full a the time, so we went to the buffet, It would have better to have gone hungry and grabbed a burger on the way. Agave Restaurant features Beef, Seafood, Pasta and Specialty dishes using the freshest ingredients, cooked to order. Dine in our casual atmosphere or go “al fresco” and enjoy the spectacular Arizona sunset in our courtyard facing patio. “New” American Cuisine Inspired Menus Meals Served: Lunch, Dinner. Desert diamond casino buffet menu The Desert Diamond Casino unveiled its latest offering last Friday night-a seven-day-per week buffet opened in response to heavy customer demand.A lot of the food here is buffet-bland, yet hardly anything is less-than-average in quality in a surprisingly restful setting.
